Our phone number is currently unavailable due to a fault

Update, Friday 5 May 12.50pm: Our telephone number is back in operation. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are currently experiencing a fault with our telephone number 01473 263400, which means that we are unable to receive any incoming external calls.

Suffolk County Council is investigating the issue as priority. 

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may be causing, and we will update you when we have more information.
