What are the benefits of joining Music Mark?

  • work with Suffolk County Music Service and Suffolk Music Education Hub alongside a national subject association
  • advocate on behalf of music education with Government & Non-Government departments and across the music education sector

How can schools join Music Mark?

Suffolk schools can only join Music Mark through Suffolk County Music Service. Each school must meet at least 1 of the criteria below:

  • evidence of a willingness to engage in development conversations related to improving music provision
  • recognition of the value of music education as part of a broad and balanced curriculum
  • a strategy for music in place which provides for all children
